What To Know Before Scheduling Sauna Recovery

Open to anyone, student or not

Our Sunlighten mPulse seats three (we recommend 2 people maximum). Pick a program on the tablet — pain relief, relaxation, cardio, or one of three others — and it runs the wavelengths for that session.
