Move Celebrate Connect

Nobody Sits and Watches

Birthdays, team outings, bachelorette parties, workshops. Your group gets on the silks, on the pole, on the mats — with instructors who make it safe for people who’ve never done any of it.

Active Events with Structure

Built Around Your Group, Not a Pre-set Package

We ask what your group is actually like before we plan anything. A team that wants to be pushed gets a different session than one that would rather laugh and take pictures.

Aerial, pole fitness and flow, tumbling, Pilates, massage, and the mPulse Infrared Sauna with Chromotherapy or kids birthday parties— we’ll help you pick the mix.

Everyone participates at their own level. Nobody gets left on the sidelines, and nobody gets talked into anything.

Team Building People Don't Dread

An hour on the various aerial apparatuses does more than a conference room ever will. Sessions can be active, creative, or recovery-focused — and people leave with something they actually remember.

Birthday Parties

Celebrations That Move Differently

Your guests get on the silks. Most of them have never done it, and that’s the point — everyone’s a beginner together, and someone’s always spotting.

Kids, ages 6–12: 8 kids max, 2 hours. 90 minutes of aerial games, thirty minutes for cake. $150 for up to 6, $25 per additional child.

Everyone else: groups of 6 to 20, starting at $25 per person. Birthdays, bachelorette parties, girls’ nights, whatever the occasion is.

See what we actually do

Corporate teams on the silks instead of in a conference room. Private parties for groups of 6 to 20. Kids’ birthdays where eight nine-year-olds spend an hour in the air and then eat cake.

We post photos and recaps from all of it — so you can see what a group in here actually looks like before you book one.
